Chelsea add Fever as principal partner: Live entertainment tech platform’s logo to feature on sleeve of the Blues’ men’s, women’s and academy jerseys.
English soccer giants Chelsea have unveiled live entertainment discovery technology platform Fever as their new principal partner.
Contract:
- Deal signed for 2024/25 season
- Fever logo to feature on sleeve of Chelsea men’s and women’s first teams and academy playing kits
- Partnership to offer ‘benefits’ to Chelsea fans
Context:
Fever’s logo debuted on Chelsea’s sleeve during the club’s Premier League opener against champions Manchester City on 18th August. The firm replaces BingX as the Blues’ sleeve sponsor after the cryptocurrency exchange switched to become training wear partner. BingX’s partnership has been valued at UK£12 million (US$15.6 million) per year
Chelsea remain the only English top-flight soccer club without a front-of-shirt sponsor this season, having signed a one-year deal with Infinite Athlete for 2023/24. According to The Athletic, an announcement of another short-term deal for this season is expected soon.
Chelsea did not immediately respond when contacted by SportsPro for comment on their front-of-shirt sponsorship.
Comment:
